Vacuum emulsifying mixer is ideal production equipment for making cosmetic pharmaceutical medial cream paste.

 

Working procedure :
Material in the water pot, oil pot by heating, stirring mixed reaction, by the vacuum pump sucking into the emulsifying pot, through the center of the upper part of the emulsion mixing. The products will be emulsified and high shear cutting quickly under vacuum condition to get more fine and smoothly high quality products without bubbles , products outlet from bottom discharge outlet or pressure discharge. So it's widely used in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical fields .
