Filling nozzles

This model is 4 filling nozzles, we have other models with 2 nozzles or 6 nozzles, it depends on your production requirements.

 

And adopts servo motor control the lifting system ,bottom filling and rising slowly,very suitable for products prone to air bubbles.

Automatic capping machine 

This capping machine is suitable for normal round plastic cap ,lotion pump ,trigger cap ,dropper cap etcs. You can choose put the cap manually or add an extra cap feeder ,just send us the picture of your bottle caps, then we can recommend suitable cap feeder for you.

The filling machine can connect a transfer pump for pumping the products into the filling machine automatically. Usually for the liquid and cream products with good fluidity,you can choose the pneumatic transfer pump. for the thick cream paste products, rotor pump will be more suitable.
