This linear fully-automatic perfume filling and capping whole line is specially designed for perfume, fragrance, essential oil and other daily-use liquid products. It integrates bottle unscrambling, air cleaning, vacuum filling, sprayer crimping, collar pressing, outer cap pressing and automatic labeling to realize full-process automated production.

 

Equipped with an 8-head vacuum negative-pressure filling system, the machine features high filling accuracy, no dripping and no bubbles. It is suitable for various perfume bottles of 8-200ml with a production capacity of 40-50 bottles per minute. The whole machine is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, controlled by PLC and touch screen for stable and easy operation. Key pneumatic and electric parts adopt world-famous brands is optional for alcohol-containing flammable perfume production.

 

With compact layout and high automation, the production line realizes unmanned continuous production from empty bottle feeding to finished product labeling, greatly saving labor costs. It is widely used in mass production of cosmetics, perfumes and daily-chemical industries.
