Vacuum emulsifying machine is applicable for a wide variety of viscosity product, i.e.emulsions and semisolid. It integrates with pressure, heating, cooling and vacuum for Agitating, Mixing, Emulgating, Dispergating,Suspending, Homogenizing & agglomeration functions into single machine.
 

Hydraulic lifting vacuum high shear homogenizing emulsifier mixer is an ideal production equipment for making manufacturing cosmetics pharmaceutical chemical cream, emulsion, lotion, hand cream, sunscreen ,base cream, ointment, shampoo, ketchup, mayonnaise, toothpaste, etc. This vacuum mixer includes water and oil phase which are for products pretreatment process, vacuum emulsifying pot is for homogenizing emulsifying products to get fine, smooth products. The products contact part is adopted imported stainless steel 316L, sanitary grade material, meet GMP standard.
