Automatic Magnetic Pump Liquid Filling Capping Production Line With Bottle Unscrambler & Inner Plug Pressing Machine Perfume Filling Machine
This linear liquid filling capping line includes automatic bottle unscrambling, 4-nozzle filling machine, inner plug feeding & pressing, and automatic screw capping. It adopts chain-plate conveyor for stable bottle transmission, with adjustable guide rails and bottle clamping belts to fit various bottle sizes.
Controlled by PLC touch screen with Chinese-English optional language, it realizes fully-automated continuous production. The magnetic pump filling system features pneumatic lifting nozzles to reduce liquid bubbles, suitable for cosmetic toner, essential oil, perfume and daily-chemical liquids. Each unit can work separately according to production requirements.

The automatic magnetic pump liquid filling capping production line can be divided into a bottle unscrambling device, a conveying device, a magnetic-pump filling device, an inner plug pressing device and a screw capping device.
1,The bottle unscrambling device arranges empty bottles in order and sends them to the conveyor belt continuously. The chain-plate conveying device is equipped with adjustable guide rails and bottle-clamping belts, which can adapt to bottles of different heights and diameters to realize stable bottle transmission and cyclic production.
2,The magnetic-pump filling device is equipped with 4 filling nozzles with pneumatic lifting function. High-precision magnetic pumps control the filling volume accurately by timing mode, and the lifting structure effectively reduces bubbles generated during filling, suitable for various cosmetic liquid products.
3,The inner plug pressing device consists of a vibration feeding tray, an inner-plug sliding rail and a pressing cylinder. The vibration feeding tray arranges inner plugs one by one, and the pressing cylinder automatically presses the inner plug into the bottle mouth; the feeding speed and pressing height can be adjusted to match different bottle sizes.
4,The screw capping device is mainly composed of a servo capping motor, height-adjustable handwheel and 4-wheel capping chuck. When bottles are delivered to the capping station, the capping wheels rotate to screw caps tightly. The capping torque can be adjusted through the touch screen to avoid damage to bottles and caps.
