This small mixer tank mainly used for lab testing or small batch production. The stainless steel heating mixing equipment is designed for making cosmetic food chemical pharmaceutical cream past lotion gel . The tank is adopted 3 layers stainless steel, the high shear mixer homogenizer and frame mixer and other products contact parts are SUS316L material, the shell and frame and control panel are SUS304 material, meet sanitary GMP requirements.
 

The mixing speed is frequency adjustable, flexible to mix different products. The heating jacket can be heated by water or conduction oil,you can choose the heating medium to the jacket based your products formulation. And the tank capacity also flexible, we have different models from 5L to 5000L.

1.For the 25L capacity mixer tank,the working range is 8-25L.

2.Equipped with wall scraping blender and frequency conversion speed adjustment to satisfy different technological requirements.

3.Adopts electric heating system,also can cool down the products.

4. Made of SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel. The mixing tank body and pipe are subjected to mirror polishing.
