This semi-automatic aerosol filling, sealing and inflation integrated machine is specifically designed for the modern aerosol production industry. This advanced machine seamlessly integrates liquid filling, valve pressing and propellant gas filling into a compact unit, which can be operated by just one person. The machine adopts a precise multi-level sequential control mode to achieve highly controllable and synchronous execution of propellant pre-filling, advanced valve sealing and high-pressure submerged raw liquid injection. The liquid filling volume range is 30-300ml, with an accuracy of ≤±1%. The propellant gas filling accuracy is maintained at ≤±0.03 MPa through an advanced pressure sensor monitoring system. The double rolling sealing mechanism seals the cap and body together through five layers of interlocking, achieving absolute airtightness and ensuring product integrity. The filling output is 600-1200 bottles per hour, making it an ideal choice for growing enterprises that value compactness, efficiency and flexibility in operation.
