This is a vacuum homogenized emulsifier, which has multiple functions and is suitable for the production of lotions, cosmetics, and sauces. It can make the materials more uniform and detailed, meet your high standards for products, and adopt stainless steel 316 material, integrating thermal insulation and heating. It is equipped with high-speed stirring speed and homogenization speed.

Instruction

Material in a vacuum state, one phase will be distribution to another continuous phase well-proportioned under the function high-shear emulsifier, take advantage of mechanical strong kinetic energy, the material in the stator and rotor's narrow gap will get hundreds of thousands of times of the hydraulic shear per minute.After Centrifugal extrusion,impact and tearing, the material dispersed emulsion in a moment, after high-frequency cycling, finally get the fine no-bubbles and stable high-quality products.

 

This 5L vacuum emulsifying mixer will be used in small capacity products or testing products.The working volume is 5L,however 2-5L per time is no problem based on bottom homogenizer,the standard is the material have to cover the bottom homogenizer,or the homogenizer will be destroyed.As the speed of homogenizer can be 0-2880r/min,so it will be made much power inside the machine,then it have to stop in every 5-10 minutes,this is protection for the homogenizer.
