This full-automatic rotary multi-color spiral filling machine is specially designed for cosmetic cream, pearl ball paste, layered multi-color skincare products and high-viscosity materials. Equipped with 4 sets of 15L heating-mixing-pressurizing stainless steel hoppers, it adopts servo-driven piston filling system, which realizes precise quantitative filling of different colors of materials.

 

Made of SUS316 stainless steel for material-contact parts, the machine features easy disassembly and cleaning, quick formula and color switching. The rotary turntable design supports bottles and trays with different sizes, with stable operation and high efficiency. The production capacity reaches 14-30 pieces per minute, controlled by PLC + touch screen for parameter adjustment, with high filling accuracy of ±1%.

 

It is widely used in cosmetics, personal care and food industries, supporting customized spiral, pearl ball, layered and various pattern filling solutions.
