This desktop automatic liquid filling capping line integrates automatic magnetic-pump filling, pneumatic lifting filling and screw capping functions. It adopts PLC touch screen control system, which can run continuously for high-efficiency production.
The machine is easy to adjust for different bottle sizes without extra molds, with stable chain-plate conveyor transmission. Material-contact parts are made of food-grade SUS316 stainless steel, and the whole frame is SUS304, corrosion-resistant and durable.
It is widely used for filling cosmetic toner, essential oil, perfume, makeup remover and other liquid products, with adjustable filling range from 5-1000ml.

The desktop magnetic-pump liquid filling and capping machine can be divided into a conveying device, a magnetic-pump filling device, a pneumatic lifting system and an automatic screw capping device.
1,The conveying device adopts chain-plate conveyor belt for stable bottle transmission. Guide rails can be adjusted freely to meet the requirements of bottles with different heights and diameters. Empty bottles are conveyed continuously, and finished products are output smoothly to realize cyclic production.
2,The magnetic-pump filling device is equipped with 4 filling nozzles with pneumatic lifting function. High-precision magnetic pumps ensure stable and accurate liquid filling. The lifting design effectively reduces bubbles, which is suitable for filling toner, essential oil, perfume and other easy-foaming liquids.
3,The pneumatic lifting system is driven by air cylinder to control the up-and-down movement of filling nozzles. The lifting height is adjustable to adapt to various bottle mouth sizes, improving filling stability and reducing liquid splashing.
4,The screw capping device consists of a servo capping motor, height-adjustable handwheel and capping chuck. It can automatically lock various screw caps. Capping torque and pressure are adjustable through the touch screen to avoid damage to bottles and caps.
