Product Description
Material Heating and Softening
PVC/PET films are softened using a flat plate or roller heating device. The temperature is precisely controlled based on the material's characteristics (for example, PVC typically requires 155-160°C).
Customized blisters are formed using compressed air blowing (flat plate) or vacuum suction (roller). Interchangeable molds accommodate various product shapes.
Automated filling systems precisely fill tablets, capsules, sauces, and other ingredients into blisters, minimizing dosing errors and featuring a drip-proof design.
After covering with aluminum foil or laminated film, the blisters are sealed with high-temperature heat and pressure (the foil heat-sealing temperature is approximately 185-190°C). Batch number printing, breaking line pressing, and die-cutting are also performed simultaneously.
