1.This powder mixer tank is designed with movable wheel . Touch screen control panel, All contact part are adopted GMP standard SUS 304, SUS316L optional .
2.The machine need to connect with an air compressor to supply the air source of this machine. Due to the blending is much powerful, so the motor os this machine require 3 phase electricity .

Oil injection System

 

The oil is injected by the high pressure to the main working pot . Oil injection tank is designed with heating system to enhance the fluidity of oil . The jacket heating temperature can be set on the touch screen control panel .

 

 

Blender

 

The mixing tank consist of two mixer to ensure the better mixing effect of cosmetics powder.  the rotation speed of side mixer is fixed, 2800rpm . The bottom main blade is frequency speed adjustment .
