Product Description

This is continuous inline high shear homogenizer with full SUS304 stainless steel frame and circulating water cooling system, rated rotating speed at 3600rpm. Supporting non-stop continuous production with automatic production lines.
Consisting of digital control cabinet, conical feeding hopper,high shear emulsifying pump and water cooling unit:raw materials like power and thick liquid are fed from hopper,the pump self-sucks material during operation and drains residue after shutdown.The water cooling system takes away working heat to protect heat-senstive raw material from high-temperture deterioration.
It is widely used for cosmetic cream & lotion, food sauce, dairy products, fruit juice and fine chemical products, compatible with automatic filling production line.
