Shampoo liquid soap detergent mixing making machine stainless steel mixer tank
The stainless steel heating mixing tank is designed for making low viscosity cream or liquid products, such as juice ,syrup,jam,sauce,cosmetic liquid.liquid detergent,shampoo,diswashing liquid etcs. it contains heating and mixing function,but no homogenizer. The tank is adopted 3 layers stainless steel,frame mixer and products contact parts are SUS316L material, the shell and frame and control panel are SUS304 material, meet sanitary GMP requirements.
The mixing speed is frequency adjustable, flexible to mix different products. The heating jacket can be heated by water or conduction oil,you can choose the heating medium to the jacket based your products formulation. And the tank capacity also flexible, we have different models from 5L to 5000L.
Characteristic:
*Frame mixer system: top mixer with scraper
*heating system : electric jacket heating, also can be cooled by running water.
*movable caster design: Two universal wheels can be controlled direction and with brake,so it is easy to move when you need to change place,The brake can fix the wheels very stable when stop it,the wheels are Huanqiu brand ,which can hold high pressure and wear-resisting.

How to discharge the final products?
-----For the low viscosity products, you can discharge the products directly.
For the thick products,you can connect a rotor pump to discharge it quickly.(same as the picture)
This is 500L model, the tank capacity is fleasible from 50L to 5000L, small capacity model with movable wheels.
