This machine supports various packaging formats such as bottles and trays, and quick-change molds can quickly adapt to different container sizes and shapes. The automatic sensing system with configurable parameters can selectively enable or disable operations at each station, providing excellent production flexibility. Four independent 15-liter stainless steel hoppers are equipped with stirring, heating, and pressurization functions, making this machine highly suitable for handling products with different viscosity, color, and temperature requirements.
Mainly targeting the cosmetics and skincare industry: multi-color spiral cream, capsule bead gel, multi-layered film cream, colored massage cream, gradient hand cream; also suitable for multi-color decorative food cream, colored honey bead gel and other layered cream materials.
