Usually the standard machine unit is composed of pre-treating water /oil tank, vacuum emulsifying tank, vacuum pump,hydraulic system, dumping system, electric control system etc. The machine unit is featured by simple operation, stable performance, good homogenizing performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small land area and high automatic degree etc.

Features :
1.vacuum emulsifying pot is designed with vacuum system to pump the products of water and oil phase to main working pot , and remove bubbles during production process.
2.Hydrualic lifting system of emulsifier mixer pot is easilier to clean the scraper mixer blender and homogenizer mixer. more safe than pneumatic lifting .
3.Electric heating system can heat or cool the jacket in different production process. Steam heating is option .
4.Top mixer and high shear homogenizer to ensure the emulsiyfing and mixing more evenly and effectively .
