High speed automatic liner 8 nozzles bottle capping machine 

This machine is linear automatic capping machine, four speed motors are used to manage the cap, capping, conveying, in the capping process can automatically feeding the cap, automatic loading cap, automatic screw cap,only need to work with the cap feeder/elevator.

Features:
1. New design ,intelligent control of mechanical torque, and easy operating and adjusted.
2. Material of machine is SUS 304 meeting GMP standard of pharmaceutical factory, food factory and cosmetic factory.
3. During the forward movement of the bottle, the cap feeder automatically loading the cap, and the cap is automatically tightened by four sets of capping wheels. It can be used for stand-alone production, and it will stop automatically when failure occurs. It is also an ideal model for in-line production.

Control panel

The height adjustment of capping part use electric lifting method,only need to press the "up" and "down" button to adjust the capping height.

Capping part

 

Use linear 8-wheel capping, more faster . Just need to adjust the wheels distance according to the cap size, the red clamping belt holding and separating the bottles , the runtime will not pour bottles.

The wheels distance can be adjusted here,usually need to adjust several times to achieve the proper capping effect.
