This machine is a high precision plunger pump automatic rotary ultrasonic filling and sealing integrated machine, specially designed for disposable conjoined micro tubes. It integrates multi-tube synchronous filling, ultrasonic sealing, tube-end trimming and automatic discharging. It can accurately fill small-dose liquid and semi-fluid materials from 0.06 to 200μl.
Made of SUS304 stainless steel, the machine is equipped with AirTAC pneumatic components, PLC intelligent control system and 5 independent filling nozzles, with filling accuracy up to ±0.5%. Adopting ultrasonic sealing technology, it features smooth, firm and leak-proof seals without burrs. It is suitable for medical reagents, ointments, cosmetic samples, lab reagents and other products, widely used in pharmaceutical, beauty and daily-chemical industries. With high automation and stable performance, it greatly saves labor and meets flexible production requirements for small-batch and high-precision products.

Showing us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem can be solved by your workers, we will send you solution by video or pictures. If the problem out of your control, our engineer will be sent to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
4. What about after sale service?
We provide two years warranty period for large equipment, such as hydraulic homogenizer ,vacuum emulsifying mixer etc. One year for small filling machines, such as semi-automatic labeling machine series.We provide wearing parts(not caused by improper operating) for free within the warranty period(except delivery fee).
5 How to finish installing?
Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
