Product Description

Features:

1. Mixing paddle combins scrape, can scrape off the sticky material on the pot wall completely.
2. The powerful balanced isotropic curved rotor cooperates with the stator of the corresponding structure to achieve efficient shearing, kneading and centrifugation of the liquid, ensuring the cream is delicate and smooth.
3. The boiler body and pipe surfaces are mirror polished to 300EMSH (sanitary grade) in compliance with daily chemical and GMP regulations.
4. Machine homogenizer speed and mixing speed can be adjusted, suit for different kinds product. Max homogenizer speed is 2880 RPM, max mixing speed is 63 RPM.
5. All parts connect with product use SUS316L, can produce medical ointments, meet GMP grade.
