Sanitary Stainless Steel Chemical Heated Jacket Mixing Tank 30L&300L With Agitator

The stainless steel heating mixing tank is designed for making low viscosity cream or liquid products, such as juice ,syrup,jam,sauce,cosmetic liquid.liquid detergent,shampoo,diswashing liquid etcs. it contains heating and mixing function,but no homogenizer. The tank is adopted 3 layers stainless steel,frame mixer and products contact parts are SUS316L material, the shell and frame and control panel are SUS304 material, meet sanitary GMP requirements.
 

The mixing speed is frequency adjustable, flexible to mix different products. The heating jacket can be heated by water or conduction oil,you can choose the heating medium to the jacket based your products formulation. And the tank capacity also flexible, we have different models from 5L to 5000L.
 

 

This project was customized based on customer's requirements.Mainly used to mixing liquid products, with heating function.The products contact part all use SUS316L material,others SUS304 material.

The small tank is 30L,big one is 300L model.sealed type.
