Based on the original planetary power mixer and the features of lithium batteries and capacitance slurry, we develop the enhanced planetary power mixer with high speed and greater torque. It is apply to dry power process of the production of lithium-ion cathode slurry, lithium-ion anode slurry.

Burning the design process, we fully considered the reasonable speed, mixing power, dispersing line speed and reasonable shape of twisted stirrer. Our design has reduced the resistance of high viscous material, the distribution of turbulence intensity in the vessel and so on. In this way, we get the more efficient and stable double planetary power mixer to process the high viscosity slurry.
