This automatic can sealing machine is designed for metal lids on tin cans, aluminum cans, plastic cans and composite paper cans. It is widely used in food, beverage, milk powder, tea, and dry goods packaging industries.

The working process is fully automatic: place the can on the conveyor → automatic lid feeding → automatic sealing → sealed can output via conveyor. The entire process requires minimal manual intervention, greatly improving production efficiency.

The machine adopts a PLC control system with a touch screen interface, making operation simple and parameter adjustment convenient. Each workstation can be independently controlled.

The patented seaming head design ensures the can body does not rotate while the rolling cutters rotate. This protects the can body surface from scratches and achieves high sealing accuracy.

The automatic lid feeder comes with an alarm function when no lid is detected. It precisely places the lid onto the can and can adapt to different shapes and sizes of cans.

The turntable is driven by a servo motor with high-density PE material, which is wear-resistant, food-grade, and compliant with food safety requirements. Servo control provides digital torque and intelligent safety features.

A photoelectric sensor enables automatic positioning and conveyor control with non-contact triggering and synchronization. The safety shield with acrylic cover protects operators and avoids accidents.

5 How to finish installing?
Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
