This 500L mixing tank with heating ,mixing and emulsifying function. It is mainly suitable for production liquid detergents, (such as cleanser essence,shampoo,shower gel and liquid soap) or cream lotion products etcs.

Features of mixing tank

Features:

1.Adopts 3 layers double jacket design,with heating and cooling function.

2.Top mixer paddle with scraper,can scrape off the products attached on the inner wall.
3.Bottom high shear homogenizer,can reach 3000 rpm,the speed can be adjusted.
4.Simens or ABB motor brand optional.

5.Bottom material outlet,the products can be come out from the bottom. or you can also connect a pump to pump the product out quickly.

6.With working platform and stairs.

The stirring paddle with scraper,so that the products attached on the inner wall can be scrapered off and making the products
mixing well.
The speed of bottom homogenizer is 0-2880rpm,can be adjusted.

Bottom products outlet

Material outlet,the products can be poured out from bottom ,but if you want it not cost too much time,you can connect a pump to
pump it out.

Electric box,all electric components all using the DELIXI Brand.

The capacity of the mixer tank can be customized,the left mixer tank is 1000L capacity,the right one is 2000L capacity.
