This electric-eye and conveyor belt-equipped table top filling machine is an intelligent, space-saving liquid filling and capping solution specifically designed for automated bottle handling. The electric eye sensor is the core function of this machine , it detects each bottle passing by and controls the start or stop of the filling nozzle, preventing spillage and ensuring a continuous production flow. The height of the filling nozzle can be adjusted according to different bottle heights to prevent liquid leakage and maintain a clean working environment. The machine is equipped with conveyors on both the bottle insertion side and the bottle exit side to achieve smooth bottle transportation before and after filling and capping. This conveying system can be connected to an automatic labeling machine to create a seamless fully automated production line. The rotary capping head is driven by a servo motor and provides fast and stable capping, with a height that can be adjusted to accommodate different bottle heights and cap sizes. The touch screen control panel clearly displays all working parameters, making machine monitoring and operation simple and intuitive. This benchtop machine is suitable for small and medium batch production, capable of filling and capping 20-25 bottles per minute.
