The automatic binary aerosol filling machine adopts a meticulously designed structure, integrating advanced automation with convenient operation. Each component is meticulously coordinated to ensure efficient, reliable and safe production. 
This system is centered around a PLC program control unit and is equipped with an intuitive touch screen interface. This central control center manages the entire filling and sealing process, from the initial filling with compressed air or nitrogen to the final material filling. Operators can easily monitor production parameters, adjust settings, and troubleshoot faults through the clear and user-friendly display screen. 
Safety and stability are ensured through a number of key functions. The emergency stop button can immediately halt the machine in case of any abnormality, and the buzzer alarm can alert the operators to potential problems. The dedicated pressure monitor ensures that sealing is only performed when the correct pressure is reached - no sealing will occur without pressure or insufficient pressure, effectively preventing the production of defective products. 
This machine is also equipped with a gas muffler, which serves multiple purposes: reducing noise pollution and improving the working environment; preventing foreign objects from entering the system; and providing a throttling function to regulate the speed of the cylinder, ensuring smooth operation. 
The double-edge sealing mechanism is another major feature. Through a five-layer interlocking technology, the lid and the body of the container are sealed together, achieving absolute airtightness, effectively maintaining product freshness and preventing leakage. 
Finally, the belt linkage control enables continuous production, with seamless connection between each process. This reduces intermediate pauses and processing times, allowing the entire production line to operate at a uniform pace and ensuring stable product quality.
