In the automated canning production line, the gear pump is the core conveying equipment, which stably transports the raw materials from the storage silo to the heating system through precisely meshed gears. In the heating section, the material is heated to the preset viscosity through a temperature-controlled jacketed heat exchanger to ensure that it maintains ideal fluidity in the pipeline. Subsequently, the gear pump accurately pushes the constant temperature material to the quantitative filling head, and cooperates with the high-precision flow sensor and PLC control system to achieve a canning efficiency of 60 bottles per minute, with an error range of less than ±0.5ml.
