Product Description

This multi-color spiral filling equipment with servo drive turntable uses servo motor as the core driving component of the filling system, and is combined with the turntable dividing platform to achieve continuous cyclic filling. Four sets of independent heating, pressurizing and stirring material bins store different color pastes separately. Each bin is equipped with a set of SUS316 piston metering pump and spiral filling nozzle, which can simultaneously extrude multi-color spiral layer patterns. The PLC touch screen can adjust the filling volume, the rotation speed of the screw, and the production speed, and can store multiple sets of formula programs. It is equipped with a front loading material conveying belt and a rear loading automatic output conveying belt. The entire process of loading empty bottles, filling with the turntable, and discharging the finished products is fully automated, without the need for manual operation. The equipment is compatible with cosmetic cream jars, press-type filling bottles, and food plastic trays, and is suitable for large-scale production of high-viscosity multi-color pastes.
