grinding together.
It can meet the needs of users to quickly change work requirements during operation, and can customize various types of mixers to meet materials with different viscosities according to customer requirements. The working capacity ranges from 5L to 3500L, and the power is designed according to the viscosity of the material. Widely used in silicone sealants, adhesives, cosmetics, chemical products, batteries, food, pharmaceuticals, plastics and other industries. The dispersive dynamic mixer has a variety of different agitator styles to choose from in the container, including a low-speed agitator that rotates around the axis of the container, and another 2-3 high-speed agitators that rotate around their own axis at different high speeds to realize Complex movements such as strong shearing and kneading of materials.
The internal wall-mounted stirring scrapes off the materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the container to achieve the ideal mixing effect. The equipment has good sealing performance, can be vacuumed, and has good exhaust and defoaming effects. The hydraulic lifting system allows the tank to move freely and is easy to operate.
